Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact us and we will make it right.

What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. Each item is uniquely handmade thus we are not able to cancel once the order has been placed.

Shipping, Tracking, and Returns

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please note that it can take several days for tracking numbers to activate.

Depending on what item you order, your shipment will be sent from one of our jewler stations in either Asia or the United States.

All products ship express and reach out customers in 7 to 12 days. Outbound shipping is always free, no matter what.

We currently ship to the following countries:

UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, CANADA, CZECHIA, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, IRELAND, ISRAEL, ITALY, JAPAN, NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND, NORWAY, SOUTH KOREA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

All outbound shipping is free.

Unfortunately due to regulatory restrictions we are unable to make exceptions to our country shipping policy.

How do returns work?

We accept returns up to 30 days after your order has been received. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at support@clarabelle.com to begin the return process. Depending on the product ordered the customer may or may not be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we will advise upon receiving requests.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Can I exchange my order?

Due to hand-crafted nature of our products, we are unable to offer resizing or exchanges based on preference or a change or heart.
