Shipping Policy

We finish processing and handcrafting standard orders in 48 hours. All orders ship international express, and reach customers in 7-12 days. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your package is on the way!

Depending on the product ordered, your order will be hand-crafted at our jewler stations in the United States or Asia. All outbound Shipping is always free for every order!

Custom orders require an additional 4-6 day prep time.

All orders ship in discreet and secure packaging, helping to protect your purchase while in transit.

We currently only ship to the following countries: United States, Australia Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after your order has been received. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at support@clarabelle.com to begin the return process. Depending on the product ordered the customer may or may not be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we will advise upon receiving requests.

Please note that we do not offer resizing. However, your local jeweler will almost always offer resizing, which is fairly inexpensive.

We kindly ask that you do not purchase multiple items with the intent of sending most back. Accounts participating in these action will be blocked from placing future orders.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
